National Organization Committees

Each participating cocoa-producing country establishes a National Organization Committee that oversees the participation of cocoa producers from their country. They may consist of representatives of one or more stakeholder groups such as: Research and development institutions, National cocoa boards, Quality control centers, NGOs and Export promoting institutions. National Organization Committees play a crucial role in ensuring that high-quality samples are selected and sent to the Cocoa of Excellence Programme representing the cocoa diversity of the country.
