Medium brown colour, reddish hues. Chocolate note emerges along with dried fruit (dried plum, dark raisin, trace apricot and prune), and a mild fruit acidity with fresh fruit undertones (berry, yellow fruits). Low bitterness and astringency. Clean, clear cocoa finish.
