Cocoa of Excellence Programme Technical Committee (CoEx-TC) meeting in Paris, 28-31 October 2018

The members of the CoEx-TC met from 28 to 31 October in Paris. 

The objectives were to work on calibration, review the glossary of terms for sensory evaluation, and confirm the 2019 cocoa liquor reference samples to be used in the evaluation of all cocoa bean samples to be received by February 2019.
